You need to create collections by going to Products > Collections and clicking on 'Create Collection'.
Collection Header
On the Collection page, this block will display the cover image of the collection, which can be displayed in multiple ways.
Product Grid
On the Featured Collection, you can select multiple collections. In this case, a tab switcher will appear.
Filter
To add filters to your Collection page, you need to go to Online Store > Navigation.
Note: Ensure that you have the Shopify Search & Discovery app installed.
Toolbar
On the Collection page, you can add a toolbar to modify the way product items are loaded.
